Job Description :

Conexus Studio is seeking to recruit creative individuals with excellent skills in space planning and conceptualizing innovative workplace design that accentuate our client’s corporate image and provide their employees with a conducive and pleasant workplace. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review the work progress on daily basis.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Prepare weekly site progressive report.
  • Prepare weekly site meeting minutes.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and obtain permits and licences.
  • Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in the Interior Design/Renovation industry.
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of a project.
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Resourceful and able to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
