Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor service quality to ensure that customer experience and service standards are met.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, requests, and feedback, coordinating with internal stakeholders for resolution.
  • Review and improve processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide professional, prompt, and high-quality customer service through email and in-person interactions.
  • Make outbound calls to customers as required.
  • Handle and resolve complex or escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service efficiency, ensuring timely assistance.
  • Work well under pressure while managing customer expectations professionally.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong teamwork and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast and accurate computer skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and customer-oriented with a strong focus on service excellence.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to SGD 2,500 +VB (2 Months)
  • Working Location: Bedok
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days work week
