• Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
• Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;
• Maintain & updating staff personal file;
• Preparation of Monthly HR Reports;
• Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement;
• Administer staff benefits (such as Leave Records, Insurance claim, Medical claim etc);
• Coordinate and arrange for work pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass;
• Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
• Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
• Compile Monthly Relief Staff Timesheets for Payroll processing;
• Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations;
• General HR function and provide other administrative support and duties as assigned.
