Job Description:The CompanyExciting opportunity to join a fast growing software as a service company as Regional Financial Director.The RoleReporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will manage a lean team in overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities including finance operations, reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, internal controls as well as liaising with external auditors and tax agents.You will also play a key role in supporting the various head of departments such as HR, IT, Product Development, etc. In addition, you will also support the senior management in assessing the risk and opportunities of investments and drive process improvement and transformation projects within the organization.Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
  • At least 10 to 15 years of experience handling the full spectrum of finance and accounting activities within a SaaS industry
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within an international environment
  • Ability to be hands-on in driving process automation and efficiency within a lean and fast-paced environment
Ideal:
  • Exposure to Netsuite
  • Prior experience within a start up environment
  • Experience working with external investors and Board of Directors
