Your new role
Join their innovative QA team as an Industrial Process Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing electronic manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective processes.
Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;
- Spearhead process development and optimization initiatives to enhance electronic product manufacturing
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
- Oversee equipment management, installation, and maintenance for optimal performance
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and provide training to production staff
- Ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance
- Guarantee safety compliance and adherence to environmental standards
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate, should have;
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing process engineering
- Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and Python
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industry standards
