Below are some of the key responsibilities for the role;

  • Spearhead process development and optimization initiatives to enhance electronic product manufacturing
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
  • Oversee equipment management, installation, and maintenance for optimal performance
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation and provide training to production staff
  • Ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance
  • Guarantee safety compliance and adherence to environmental standards

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate, should have;

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing process engineering
  • Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and Python
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industry standards
