Role
The Service Operations Associate (PT) role is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of service delivery within the organization. This involves coordinating various functions to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of existing internal software processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Work directly with department representatives to help create internal operational workflows. This includes everything from identifying requirements and pain points to creating and implementing procedures
- Be responsible for creating, analysing and maintaining workflows across departments and products
- Planning, carrying out, and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Gathers information to identify root cause of issues
- Identify signs for potential future improvement possibilities by developing metrics that give data for process measurement
- Administering multiple applications used within the organisation
Qualifications and Skills
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and organised
- Proactive in offering help when needed
- Good time management and ability to prioritise work
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
