Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership in driving digital transformation for the APAC CN Region and Global initiatives
- Evolve, drive and communicate the digitialization & analytics roadmap for APAC China Supply Chain Operations (SCO), identifying and prioritizing business needs
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain analysts, ensuring they are aligned to pivotal initiatives and equipped to support accordingly
- Drive E2E analytics and reporting for the supply chain
- Find opportunities and implement solutions through close collaboration with multi-functional teams to supports the digital transformation of our supply chain, optimize processes, reduce cost and enhance user experience
- Work with the digital organization & digital products to ensure aligned strategic direction
- Serves as a strategic partner to SCO leaders, refining ways of collaboration, aligning them to digitalization strategy
Operational Excellence
- Provide inputs and influence digital infrastructure to enable the implementation of business priorities around channel strategy, supply& distribution strategy and data foundation
- Tactically support and drive strategic digitalization projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support product managers in prioritization
Partner Management and Capability Building
- Set and drive organizational capability building around analytics and digitalization through facilitation of partner communication, training etc
- Embed the test and learn culture along with the digitalization transformation journey
People and team leadership
- Provide direct leadership, guidance and support to a team of five
- Inspire and role model Leadership Playground Behaviours, embed people activities through LEGO way of leading
- As part of APAC CN SCO LT, foster a positive and engaging culture and environment for APAC CN SCO community

As the leader of the Operations Technology team, you will be part of the APAC China Supply Chain Operations (APAC CN SCO) organization under the VP of APAC CN SCO. The mandate of the team is to enable decision making and improve processes across APAC CN SCO by applying technology and data. The scope will cover IT in operations from daily support and project implementation to work on strategic developments in the demand/supply/distribution space.
As the LEGO Group embarked on a digital transformation journey and technology becomes a huge part of every initiative there is a close collaboration needed between the business and digital organizations to ensure the smooth execution of complex strategies. The role is a key leader in brining to life the company strategy around channel shift, in planning and distribution execution and digitalization.
Do you have what it takes?
- Education in Computer science, information systems, supply chain management, industrial engineering or equivalent studies
- 12+ years experience in product management or leadership roles relating to supply chain analytics and technologies, with demonstrated success in leading cross organizational or digital transformation projects within supply chain.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent communicator and the ability to collaborate and influence across all levels of the organization
- Strategic approach with the agility to adapt to a dynamic and fast paced environment, who can practically brings TLG strategy to life through implementations and design choices.
- Ability to work across different functions, not afraid to make prioritization decisions
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization
- Technical proficiencies in SQL, data analysis and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of ERP and other relevant systems, familiarity with SAP, APO, WMS systems and various similar solutions is highly preferred
