Responsibilities :-

  • Key Focus: Sales Account Management, key account management and strategic account management, Events, Training and Workshop supports
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify growth opportunities, create development plans, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
  • Supporting execution of events from planning till delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Ensure leaders have access to the necessary resources, tools, and training to grow their Health & Wellbeing businesses effectively.
  • Track the progress of leaders' growth and development, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Be the change agent and growth consultant, powered by partnership and knowledge transform their Health & Wellbeing business.
  • Encourage and support leaders in building strong communities within their teams, fostering a sense of belonging, collaboration, and shared success.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance leaders' skills in areas such as recruitment, team management, sales strategies, and product knowledge.
  • Address any challenges or obstacles that leaders may face in growing their businesses, offering practical solutions and support.

Ideally :-

  • A minimum 5 years in business account management with a Degree Qualification.
  • Experience within the direct selling or network marketing industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in leadership development, business coaching, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, inspiring and highly motivated with influencing capability to encourage others.
  • Strategic minded with problem-solving capability. Ability to think creatively on ideas to support business growth.
  • A competent tech and online tools user, data-driven with performance tracking capability, business acumen mindset.
  • Flexible to work in the weekend if required.
