About The Role

The Regional office in Singapore has overall responsibility to manage the 11 countries covering Southeast Asia, Pacific & India. This role will report to the Regional Human Resource Manager, Maritime based in Singapore.

The Intern Will Offer General Services To Support The Regional Office In The Delivery Of The Regional Plan, And Specifically To Provide Support For The Following Activities

  • Special projects relating to team engagement, change management and competence mapping
  • Involvement in a variety of administrative and support tasks
  • Assist in organizing regional, local and other meetings and subsequent related activities such as preparation of agenda, booking of rooms, catering, and other logistics as required.

About You

  • Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, & other relevant courses.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS applications, in particular, Power point & Excel
  • Strong creative and research skills.
  • Detail-oriented and not afraid of administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both oral and written).
