- Assist with internal and external audits related to compensation, benefits, and equity plans.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to align total rewards programs with talent strategy and business objectives.
- Provide training and support to HR teams and managers on compensation frameworks and benefits offerings.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding total rewards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in the technology or semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson).
- Knowledge of equity compensation, incentive structures, and semiconductor industry pay practices.
- Familiarity with global compensation and benefits trends in high-tech environments.
