Our client is a global leader in the Food and Beverage industry, committed to enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. They are seeking an Assistant Business Development Manager to develop commercial strategies and growth plans for new businesses in the OEM, Grab & Go, and Food Service segments.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in developing sound commercial strategies focusing on new businesses within various segments. You will be responsible for formulating propositions that drive strategic priorities across all channels, establishing OEM partnerships, supporting sales teams, working collaboratively within our Customer Engagement Centre (CEC), consistently measuring results of initiatives, and demonstrating leadership by identifying opportunities. Your ability to understand finance and P&L will be crucial in this role.

• Formulate, present, implement and review propositions that drive strategic priorities across all channels

• Establish OEM partnerships and new business models for new product/category concepts

• Support the sales team with selected partners by implementing innovations for their Key Accounts

• Work together in our Customer Engagement Centre (CEC) with our partners, in-house Chefs & Barista, and external chef consultant partners

• Consistently measure the results of the implemented initiatives and mitigate when P&L is not in line

• Demonstrate leadership by bringing opportunities to the organisation and guiding the category- and sales management on implementation

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Assistant Business Development Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from marketing and sales within the foodservice industry. You should possess strong communication, presentation, and PR skills. A good understanding of finance and P&L is essential. Your passion for the Out-of-Home and Food B2B2C industry will be key to your success in this role.

• Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years experience in Marketing & Sales (at least 5-7 years in the foodservice industry)

• Strong communication, presentation & PR skills required

• Good understanding of finance and P&L required

• Passion in the Out-of-Home and Food B2B2C industry
