Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, including wage and hour laws, work permits for foreign workers, safety standards, and employee rights.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills, safety knowledge, and performance across the plant.
  • Oversee the management of HR data, ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of employee records within the HR Management System (HRMS).

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compensation & benefits management.
  • In-depth understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and the unique HR needs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
