- Work hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm
- Basic salary up to $7,000 + AWS + VB
- Lead a small team in daily procurement operations
- Liaise with stakeholders to align demand requirements, ensure timely issuance of PO and monitor material deliveries against SIOP plan to prevent production disruptions
- Monitor inventory levels through regular reviews to meet raw material inventory targets, minimize excess and obsolete inventory, and execute Last-Time-Buy activities to mitigate obsolescence risks
- Manage supplier performance, including tracking, evaluation, and improvement initiatives
- Drive process optimization and foster continuous improvement to enhance operational performance
- Take the lead on special projects and key initiatives when necessary
- At least 4-5 years of purchasing experience, coupled with prior leadership experience, is a must
- Proficiency in SAP systems will be highly advantageous
- Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and mentor the team, drive performance, and achieve departmental goals while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
