Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to handle overnight maintenance tasks and ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, and other hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and address any urgent repair needs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
  • Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests during the night shift.
  • Maintain proper records of repairs & maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel operational standards.
  • Coordinate with day-shift maintenance team for any follow-up work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, or a similar role .
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts and handle emergencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit .
  • Willing to work night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with Sundays off.
