  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support application systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support for new application systems once operational.
  • Respond promptly to production emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
  • Conduct routine system checks and escalate issues when needed.
  • Follow up on issues to closure, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Provide support to users and address inquiries regarding the supported operational systems.
  • Work closely with helpdesk teams, end-users, and external vendors to resolve issues.
  • Implement system enhancements, code changes, and updates as per technical standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills to interact with end-users and vendors.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Infocomm, with exposure to SDLC.
  • Proficient in requirements analysis, IT operational support (incident management, defect tracking, version control, release management, deployment), and project management support (issue tracking, change control, documentation, user coordination).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .NET, and front-end technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, HTML/DHTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in database management, and development experience using JAVA (JDK 1.7 or above) and LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Perl).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), including web services integration using SOAP and/or REST-based web services, as well as working experience in XSL and XML programming.
