They are looking for a Warehousing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of food products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to optimize warehouse productivity, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory counts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Must be able to speak and understand Japanese due to job nature (liaise with HQ and clients).
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Warehouse Office Location: Jurong
