  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Partner assigned internal stakeholders (DRPE/DM/STS/Corp Services)
  • To assist in the preparation of reports and schedules required, e.g., management reports, statutory submissions, audit purposes etc.
  • Ensure purchases in BMDP are aligned with the established principles and that documentation is complete
  • Provide support to purchasing teams – including advise on procedures, and troubleshooting for any issues/questions that may arise
  • Serve the role of Procurement Executive/ Admin in TenderBoard to review transactions and also to maintain the integrity of the system.
  • Manage the contract listing and prompt users on contracts that are expiring.
  • Carry out periodic training to staff to improve the overall level of competency and understanding with regard to procurement.
  • To demonstrate BMDP’s Core Values and Core Competencies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma holders with minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience
  • Fresh Degree Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with Charities/ Procurement will be advantageous
