We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and experience working with Machine Learning (ML), specifically in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
You will play a key role in developing algorithms to extract insights from unstructured text, documents, websites, and scanned data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Research, design, and develop innovative software solutions tailored to user needs.
- System Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate software with hardware systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain, enhance, and update existing software to meet performance and user requirements.
- API Development: Develop and manage API interactions for integrating machine learning models.
- Data Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain robust data processing pipelines to handle large-scale data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Testing & Validation: Oversee the development and execution of software testing, ensuring software meets quality standards.
- Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:Computer Science

Programming & Systems Analysis
Computer Studies
- Experience:
8+ years of total software development experience, with deep knowledge in:Frontend and backend frameworks and architecture
5+ years of experience in:Python development, particularly for data pipeline building and machine learning
NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB)
RESTful Web API development (with API management tools like WSO2)
Strong experience with Git for version control.
Hands-on experience deploying and debugging Python applications.
Experience writing and running automated tests (unit and integration).
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
- CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Message Brokers: Experience with RabbitMQ, JMS, and Message Brokers.
- Additional Technologies:Experience with Redis and Redis Graph
Working knowledge of Elastic Search (ELK stack)
Familiarity with Node.js, C#, or Java for development and debugging.
- Testing Tools: Knowledge of tools like Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Supertest, Selenium, LoadRunner, JSLint, Cucumber, and other testing frameworks.
- Operating Systems: Experience working with Linux and Windows servers.
- Frontend Frameworks (Optional): Experience with React or Angular.
Soft Skills:
- Autonomy & Reliability: Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
