This role will based in Singapore, oversee and enhance retail operations across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities:

  • Event Operations:
    a. Plan and execute in-store promotional events and product launches.
    b. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align events with company goals.
    c. Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination and budget oversight.
    d. Evaluate event results and suggest improvements for future events.
  • Retail Store Inspections:
    a. Perform regular store checks to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
    b. Identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
    c. Assess store performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to store managers.
  • Training and Development:
    a. Create and deliver training programs to improve retail staff’s product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
    b. Track training effectiveness and refine programs for better results.
    c. Build and maintain a repository of training materials and resources.
    d. Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Sales and Performance:
    a. Define and meet sales goals for assigned stores.
    b. Develop strategies to boost customer traffic and sales conversion rates.
  • Customer Relations:
    a. Maintain high customer service standards across all stores.
    b. Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail management, specializing in operations and events.
  • Experience in creating and running successful training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand sales data and customer feedback.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.
