Responsibilities

  • Process and manage quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support the outdoor sales team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for tenders and proposals.
  • Follow up with customers on approvals and payments, ensuring timely transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth operations.


Requirements

  • Diploma in Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or IT-related fields.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail.
