- Serve as principal staff to the Group Commander on manpower and administration matters
- Oversee career and performance management for all regular servicemen
- Manage NSmen and NSF administration
- Handle corporate service administration
- Address regimentation and disciplinary matters
- Lead HR-related projects to improve relevant systems and processes
- Developing in-depth understanding of all manpower policies, procedures, and processes across different schemes
- Prioritising resources to meet various demands without compromising manpower support
- Multi-tasking and managing HR-related improvement projects
- Education in Human Resource (HR) or Business Administration
- At least six years of relevant working experience in HR
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and management skills
