Job Scope:
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for AP/AR documents.
Process and verify supplier invoices and expense claims.
Ensure invoices are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
Maintain updated records of accounts payable transactions.
Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR / AP.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
