We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead our content strategy, media outreach, and partnership initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute compelling content plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and target audience preferences.
  • Creative Content Production: Design and edit high-quality visual and video content using tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, and Illustrator.
  • Social Media & Community Growth: Manage and expand the company’s presence on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, while optimizing content for engagement.
  • Media Relations & Publicity: Plan and oversee media releases, coordinate with press and digital media, and maximize brand visibility across key channels.
  • KOL & MCN Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and MCN companies to enhance brand reach and credibility.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead both online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring effective execution across different touchpoints.
  • Market & Product Insights: Analyze industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to inform content direction and campaign planning.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and assess campaign performance, social media metrics, and partnership effectiveness, optimizing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, Illustrator.
  • Proven experience in content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
  • Strong understanding of product insights, digital marketing channels, and business development.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and MCN agencies.
  • Familiarity with both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).
  • Passion for gaming or experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
