Job Description:
- Drive a profitable and continuous sales growth for large accounts
- Develop strong relationship with customers decision makers by having regular visits to support their projects
- Work with the technical, customer care and other support team to drive Prysmian brand and expand our presence in the accounts
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and prepare sales forecast for bi-weekly sales review and monthly reporting
- Work with various organization functions (marketing, technical, logistic and customer service) to ensure efficient and effective support for the customer
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience with medium size company. Candidate with no prior experience but with good educational background will be seriously considered
- Knowledge in Cabling product will be an advantage.
- Solution selling, work with customers’ stakeholder to shape the opportunities and position Prysmian as the brand of choice
- Experience in managing accounts and proven success in similar capacity.
Other Essentials:
- Business or Marketing Degree from reputable university
- Enjoy meeting customers with customer focus mindset
- Leadership and collaboration skill where the candidate is able to work with internal support team to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Independent and self starter
