  • Provide daily HR support in areas such as employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Process work pass applications and manage associated documentation in line with local labor regulations.
  • Support workforce planning efforts and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and operational teams to understand and address their specific HR needs.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems regularly to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee data.

Requirements

  • A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a HR role with exposure to HR operational duties.
  • Fundamental knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Experience with work pass processing and a basic understanding of local labor laws is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
