Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Senior Manager for the CCO Office will be responsible for:
- Enhancing the product marketing capabilities of the Airline Leasing & Sales team across regions.
- Working to effectively coordinate and integrate the activities of the Airline Leasing & Sales department with other key departments across the company, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy & Market Research, Legal & Transaction Management, Procurement, Technical and Engines departments to produce positive revenue outcomes.
- Encouraging greater product innovation and customisation.
- Deepening the level of customer interaction on a technical and financial level.
- Working alongside members of the Airline Leasing & Sales team in pitching to prospective customers and in deal closures and, in so doing, assume direct revenue-generating responsibility within the Airline Leasing & Sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with the aviation leasing business, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry.
- Solid product knowledge and understanding of BOC Aviation’s product offerings.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of effective customer relationship management.
- Proven success in internal and external selling.
- Good commercial acumen and motivated to innovate and advance the company’s commercial output.
- Highly meticulous and able to effectively prioritise workflows.
- Capable of harnessing multi-functional inputs across company departments to ensure effective execution and prioritisation of revenue opportunities.
- An effective communicator when exposed to senior management environments.
- Ambitious and demonstrates potential to assume a larger commercial role within the Company in a two-to-three-year horizon.
