We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer, SuccessFactors to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Time Management, and Onboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to optimize and enhance our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SuccessFactors Expertise: Manage and maintain SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Time Management, and Onboarding.
  • People Analytics: Utilize Adhoc, Advanced, and Story Reporting functionalities to provide comprehensive analytics and insights.
  • Implementation & Enhancement: Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules to optimize HR processes for efficiency.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SuccessFactors solutions to meet specific organizational requirements.
  • Business Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into effective system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training & Support: Provide extensive training and support for end-users, facilitating smooth transitions to new systems.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) with Identity Authentication Service (IAS) via Azure, enhancing user authentication and security.
  • Provisioning Updates: Manage and update configurations in provisioning to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve day-to-day issues and contribute to ongoing system improvements with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Time Management, and Onboarding.
  • Extensive experience with People Analytics, including Adhoc, Advanced, and Story Reporting functionalities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Experience in providing training and support for end-users.
  • Excellent collaborative and client relationship skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
