  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Specialist to deliver enterprise-level end-user computing services to Public Service agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain reliable desktop services across Public Service agencies
  • Address issues, changes, and improvements with the support of outsourced service providers.
  • Plan and implement new initiatives to enhance end-point technologies.
  • Manage projects to standardize desktop services, improving efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Work with team leaders and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
