  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and maintain thorough compliance reporting.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in an HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Experience in processing work passes and knowledge of local labor laws is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
