The Community Engagement Associate provides frontline support, handles enquiries and payments, maintains customer records, and assists with financial aid schemes. The role also manages online orders, inventory, and cash handling, ensuring efficient service and strong community relationships.

Main Duties

  • Provide first-level support to customers with requests, payments and enquiries or refer complex issues and maintain a high-level customer experience and satisfaction
  • Assist in relationship-building with Pergas' customers, members, donors and clients and ensure their records are up-to-date
  • Assess and administer assistance to clients of Pergas' Financial Assistance schemes
  • Assist in cash closing and tallying as well as filing of official receipts
  • Assist in managing online orders and sales inventory, and coordinate delivery of orders
  • Any other duties as required by Supervising Officer

Education & Experience

  • Professional Certificates in Customer Relationship Management is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of working experience in any field
  • Familiar with the expectations of a Volunteer Welfare Organisation
