About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in B2C and B2B product management, particularly in e-commerce, website platforms (WordPress, WooCommerce), and CRM systems. This role focuses on optimizing digital product experiences, improving online sales channels, and supporting internal CRM development to enhance customer engagement.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate with marketing, operations, and development teams to execute product strategies, enhance platform functionality, and contribute to the evolution of the company's own CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Growth
- Website & Platform Management: Oversee product listings, checkout flows, and user experience on WordPress/WooCommerce.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Support product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Digital Growth Initiatives: Implement strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
E-Commerce & CRM Development
- Platform Optimization: Ensure smooth product updates, inventory management, and site performance.
- CRM & Customer Insights: Support the development of the company’s own CRM system, ensuring it aligns with business needs and customer management strategies.
- B2B Integration: Understand B2B workflows, including business customer interactions, invoicing, and order management, to ensure the CRM supports both B2C and B2B requirements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics like conversion rates, customer behavior, and sales performance.
Market Research & Competitive Insights
- Industry & Customer Analysis: Identify trends in both B2C and B2B markets.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze market competition to refine product positioning.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Use analytics and feedback to enhance products and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams to align product initiatives.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide updates and recommendations to the Lead Product Manager.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines and execution of product updates and system integrations.
Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, or digital product optimization.
- Strong understanding of B2C models, including customer engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM workflows and business customer management is an advantage.
Skills:
- E-Commerce & Website Management: Experience managing digital storefronts and optimizing conversion rates.
- B2B & CRM Knowledge: Understanding of B2B processes, including business accounts, invoicing, and CRM workflows.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work cross-functionally.
- Basic Technical Knowledge: Understanding of website integrations, automation tools, and internal CRM development considerations.
