How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  1. If you're running Windows OS, in the Firefox window, click Tools > Options.
  2. Tip: If you're running Mac OS, click the Firefox drop-down list > Preferences.
  3. On the Content tab, click the Enable JavaScript check box.

  7. Refresh the page.

Operations

  • Handle incoming calls and whatsapp sales enquiries
  • Preparation of invoice and delivery orders
  • Arranging deliveries with customers
  • Filing of documents
  • Follow up on payments with customer
  • Recording of payments in and out in Xero
  • Co-ordinate delivery of incoming shipments with local freight forwarders
  • Stock takes for incoming goods for delivery to customers
  • Liaise with China procurement colleague on administrative matters

Marketing and Design

  • Create visuals of products with customers’ logo superimposed
  • Work with purchasing and sales colleagues on visuals and mockup samples
  • Take photos of new products for marketing content and website
  • Manage social media accounts by creating new content
  • Assist in updating website content and improving SEO rankings

Requirements
  • A Levels/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Capcut (or other video editing software) and MS Office
  • Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
  • Proficiency in photography and videography skills to create content for social media and website
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Pro-active, Self-discipline and independent
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing or design related field preferred or proven social media content creation experience
  • Singaporeans/SPR need apply
