APSN operates schools for students aged 7 to 21, a Student Care Centre for children aged 7 to 18, and a Centre for Adults for persons aged 16 and older, benefiting over 1,200 beneficiaries annually. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Skills Trainer at APSN. The Skills Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs, teaching life skills, enhancing communication and soft skills, and delivering presentations to students and trainees.
Qualifications
- Presentation Skills and Training & Development expertise
- Experience in teaching Life Skills and Communication
- Strong Soft Skills and interpersonal communication abilities
- Empathy and patience in working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to adapt training methods for diverse learning needs
- Relevant certification in Training or Education is a plus
- Prior experience in special education or disability services is advantageous
