- Support Service Coordination & Advice (SCA) division’s mission of enhancing clients’ service journey through person-centric support and ensuring that persons with disabilities (PwDs) can receive dedicated help from SCA.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve the service delivery to PwDs and their families through:
- Conducting data analysis to identify service gaps and provide ground feedback and inputs to SGE business units (BUs)and Ministry of Social & Family Development’s Enabling (MSF).
- Participating in review of post-18 services, particularly the info and referral role for adult disability services.
- Enhancing functions and developing person-centered planning to ensure appropriate delivery of services to PwDs and their families/caregivers.
- Coordinate inputs for management and operational dashboards.
- Execute any other strategies in support of SCA’s objectives.
Operations Strategy and Planning
- Study and analyse data to better support policy and planning to address service gaps.
- Review and streamline processes to improve service efficiency for PwDs and their caregivers.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to review operational issues and proposing solutions that are translated to clear operations guidelines and processes to support efficient service delivery on the ground.
- Engage and partner stakeholders, including MSF, to review waitlist and referral issues.
- Provide ground feedback and data analysis to support policy and service development.
- Research market to understand gaps and opportunities.
- Monitor and study data collated from internal teams/departments, other organisations, etc. and formulate data-supported strategies.
- Work across teams/divisions for the reporting of key performance indicators to management and funders.
- Engage relevant stakeholders to review problems and challenges in disability services, programmes and schemes.
- Ideate and come out with solutions/improvements with stakeholders.
- Design/develop pilots with internal business units, social service agencies, touchpoints, etc.
- Provide necessary secretariat support in cross ministries/management meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions (includes organising meetings, writing meeting notes, etc.).
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with prior working experience in healthcare/social sector or operation strategy/policy role will have an advantage. Fresh graduates with the necessary skills and willing to learn attitude are also welcome to apply.
- Familiar with use of MS Office applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint etc.
- Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
- Good organization skills and meticulous with great attention to details.
- Possess strategic mindset with strong analytical and system thinking skills.
- Proactive, driven and able manage multiple projects/stakeholders independently.
