  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Responsible for managing and executing a small scale EPC Brown field projects with mechanical background.
  • Estimate project cost and take necessary approvals
  • Manage, coordinate & control all project works to ensure project is executed according to specifications and within schedule & approved budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors and client representatives to meet project objectives and shutdown schedules.
  • Coordinating between entities for necessary documents and information to support the project execution
  • Appraise higher management & client with project reports and seek help wherever required.

Bidding / Proposal"

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and other Department to prepare bidding/proposal documents including understanding client’s specifications, conduct site survey, manpower planning & man-hour cost estimation.
  • Support the estimation process for small scale projects such as modification, rectification, capacity up, process improvement for existing clients.
  • Obtain quotations (internally & externally) to ensure fair bidding.
  • Preparation of vendor bid evaluation, BOQ, cost estimation.
  • Negotiating scope, Quality, Design conditions and other technical terms with the vendors.

Technical Support

  • Interaction with Client and other engineering group for technical issues & interfaces.
  • Provide technical support to service team to resolve various requests from clients and vendors.
  • Provide technical support for procurement team to resolve various technical issues to smoothing execute and deliver the equipment on time.

After Sales:

  • Responsible for arrangement of vendor and in-house supervisors for any maintenance jobs.
  • Work hand in hand with client for root cause analysis and providing expertise to the recurring problems, hence ensuring smooth operation.
  • Take lead role in planned shutdown and responsible for planning & execution of all necessary works for a shutdown.
  • Developing maintenance strategies and spare philosophy by discussing with the client.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s &/or Master Degree in Engineering (Preferred Mechanical).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience which includes engineering design for static equipment, feasibility study etc.
  • Feasibility study, Basic & Detailed Engineering, EPC for Chemical & Petrochemical plant, Brownfield projects execution. Experience in operation & maintenance added advantage.
  • Knowledge about mechanical Engineering for Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical plant equipment’s.
  • People management skills handling cross functional internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good technical knowhow on static and rotary equipment, for chemical and petrochemical plants.
  • Having experience in operation maintenance.
  • Experience in managing shutdown activities for chemical and petrochemical plants shall be preferred.
