  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Process customer purchase orders in SAP accurately and efficiently.
  • Track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely updates in the system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to capture customer requirements correctly.

Sales Administration:

  • Manage stock allocation and delivery instructions to ensure on-time fulfilment.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
  • Update price lists in SAP and maintain accurate product pricing.
  • Input extended warranty details and ensure proper documentation.

General Support:

  • Assist the sales team with reports, order tracking, and customer inquiries.
  • Resolve order processing and delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, approvals, and warranties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • Experience with SAP (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior exposure to sales admin, customer service, or logistics
  • Ability to process large volumes of orders and data with precision and minimal errors.
