- We are looking for a Project Admin Assistant
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, or PMO or Project Admin position
- PMO experience will be a plus
- Highly organized individual
- Eye for details, good with numbers
- Good with communication
- Good excel skills will be needed
- Managing and overseeing PMO day-to-day operations of project
- Program Project Management - Support the service delivery or product team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients.
- Working with project management and client team on assigned recurring/ad hoc tasks.
- Fully responsible to ensure project status are updated accurately and completely. This would include helping Project Executive / Project Manager monitor and track project financials, project schedule, project risk, project issues, project dependencies and project resource management
- Assist in managing project financials such as memo review and approvals, financial planning and forecasting for notation/ ITC approvals
- Assist to prepare and record meeting minutes, there after follow-up on action items to closure
- Manage project shared folder to ensure project shared folder to ensure project artefacts are recorded accordingly
- Assist Project Manager to manage invoices, payments, time sheeting.
- Resource management - on/offboarding, leave tracking.
