Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Review candidate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Prepare and finalize employment contracts while managing the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general concerns.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Info-Tech Cloud HRMS System is a plus.
