TikTok User Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day sales on brands that registered as TikTok Partner.
• Managing promotional activities, such as affiliate partnership, live-stream, and video seeding.
• Determining & achieving the brand's TikTok goals and KPIs.
• Create & ensure sales plan & strategy (Daily, monthly, yearly, & seasonal).
• Maintain relationship with brand & platform.
• Monitoring and analysing TikTok metrics and figures.
• Transforming TikTok data into operational insights.
Requirements
• 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in handling TikTok or Facebook, Shopee.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Facebook and their algorithms.
• Experience in building, managing and influencing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Works comfortably using data to generate insights and solve complex problems.
• Eager to learn, initiative taker and problem-solver.
• Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
