Job Description:Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across search engines, social media platforms, video networks, publisher networks, and programmatic channels. This role is perfect for a results-driven marketer who thrives on data, creativity, and achieving measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign strategies, analysing performance, and ensuring maximum ROI across multiple advertising platforms.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and publisher networks.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to design targeted and effective campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies for search engine marketing (SEM), including Google and Bing Ads, with a focus on maximising conversions and minimising cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, optimising for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Execute and optimise video ad campaigns on YouTube and other video networks, leveraging audience targeting and creative best practices.
  • Utilise programmatic advertising platforms to deliver data-driven campaigns, ensuring precise audience targeting and placement.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generating actionable insights to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously refine campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content tailored to each platform.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns remain competitive and innovative.
  • Manage campaign budgets, allocate spend effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisation and scaling.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong track record of driving results.
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with retargeting, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with budget management and campaign forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and technical teams.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for campaign improvement and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising and familiarity with real-time bidding (RTB).
  • Knowledge of creative optimisation tools and techniques to enhance ad performance.
  • 1-3 years in a similar capacity preferably in an agency
