- Work closely with creative team and external production house to ensure successful development, execution and delivery of content.
- Creating both bite-sized and short to medium form content for a digital market.
- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Visual Communication / Film / Media Studies or any related discipline
- At least 2 to 3 years' experience in digital content production across various digital platforms.
- Proven track record as a digital content producer and creative storyteller.
- Experience working with different formats of content, ranging from video and infographics, to podcasts and feature stories of different beats.
- Strong industry network is an advantage
- Knowledge of digital video editing including video effects, soundtrack editing, audio graphic equalization, vision mixing for post-production.
- Familiar with various files formats and conversions.
- Must be creative, technically inclined, and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Must have knowledge of Adobe creative suite, After Effects, Photoshop, video encoding, compression etc.
- An understanding of what drives web content, social media and how it should be presented.
- Wide interest and knowledge of local young adult audiences' preferences and digital/social media trends.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
