The Role
The Analyst I will support the delivery of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness research, helping to shape media strategy, creative development, and optimization. The role provides exposure to survey design, sentiment analysis, and statistical techniques such as A/B testing and regression analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and internal stakeholders to understand research needs.
- Coordinate project execution and deliver high-quality research outputs.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, including:
- Designing and commissioning surveys based on clear client briefs.
- Using statistical techniques (A/B testing, regression analysis, cluster analysis).
- Conducting consumer sentiment analysis using social analytics tools.
- Assist in managing data quality for robust and representative samples.
- Support report generation by interpreting data and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Assist with survey writing and ad hoc analysis.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing analytics (client-side or agency).
- Degree in an applied quantitative field, social science, psychology, or communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and develop recommendations.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience using SQL, Python, or R.
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience with social analytics tools and data management platforms.
- Ability to write clear, direct, and unbiased surveys.
