BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER

The company is looking for Business Project Manager for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Ensure that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Requirements:

1)Proven experience in project management, preferably in a business agency or consulting environment.

2)Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.

3)Proficiency in Asia countries project management environment.

4) Skills as follows:

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin/Cantonese etc. (Major clients in China), able to read Chinese contracts and documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

5)This role may require travel to meet with clients or stakeholders overseas.

6)Flexible working hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines.
