The Operations Associate - Settlement is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. As an Operations Associate, you will be involved in various operational tasks, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Your contributions will directly impact our overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects related to trading, legal, and settlement activities. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among different parties.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments and trends within the Web 3 space. Conduct research on regulatory frameworks to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide insights on regulatory environments affecting the Web 3 industry to guide business strategies and operations.
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of investment documents and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Assist in managing fund operation matters, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Be adaptive and proactive on new initiatives/projects.
  • Demonstrated project management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Meticulous on day to day business operations
  • Excellent research skills, particularly in regulatory frameworks relevant to the Web 3 industry.
  • Experience with investment documentation and licensing processes is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic on digital asset market and keen to follow up the market trend
  • 1-3 years working experience in Financial or Digital asset industry
