Role and Responsibilities :
- Proper planning and managing of projects from start to completion. - To be able to identify site problems and render proper technical solutions to clients.
- To attend site meetings and site issues.
- To execute projects effectively and make sure projects meet completion date within the contract period.
- To be able to effectively work and coordinate with our fabrication team to meet clients' requirements and deadlines.
- To ensure 100% clients' satisfaction on timely deliveries and quality control.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or any related field.
• He/She must possess minimum 2 years of project management experiences in construction industry.
• He/She should be able to handle site issues & communicate effectively with different department within the organization.
• He/She should have good time management skills & able to work independently.
• He/She should be able to handle time line and work under ressure. • He/She should be a team player, self reliant, self motivated with single minded focus on priorities and deliverable results.
• Comfortable with learning new technologies and willing to go the extra mile when required.
