Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our semiconductor engineering team. We offer extensive training and mentorship programs to help you grow into a semiconductor engineering expert. You will have the chance to work with experienced engineers to gaining valuable skills and experience
Key Responsibilities - PROCESS ENGINEER(Etch, Photo, Thin Film, Diffusion)
- Maintain smooth daily manufacturing operations and problem solve issues promptly
- Actively collaborate with equipment and material suppliers and partners to identify technology deficiencies; develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventive solutions
- Qualify and sustain manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain with quality and urgency
- Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards
- Design and execute experiments, analyze complex data sets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls
- Implement statistical process control methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes
Key Responsibilities - EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (Etch, Photo, Thin Film, Diffusion)
- Maintain equipment performance in cleanroom environment for quality production.
- Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency
- Install and qualify new tool sets on schedule to increase capacity promptly
- Continually improve tool uptime availability, drive defect reduction and enhance hardware capability
- Develop defense and monitoring system to prevent equipment failure or performance lost.
- Analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize equipment parameters and controls
- Actively collaborate with equipment suppliers and partners to identify tool deficiencies; develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventive solutions
Key Responsibilities - INTEGRATION ENGINEER
- Take charge for successful new products qualification and technology transfers from motherfab
- Complex data analysis to identify process design weaknesses and/or manufacturing tool issues.
- Design and execute experiments, analyse complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve yield and performance for each specific technology and/or products
- Collaborate with the engineering teams to maintain process stability and provide technical solutions to customers
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
- Must be available to travel to Taiwan for a training period lasting 6 to 9 months
