JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Serve as the main contact for tenants, addressing concerns, requests, and feedback.
  • Ensure lease compliance and maintain effective communication to support tenant satisfaction and successful tenancy outcomes.
  • Monitor tenant arrears and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Oversee building maintenance and repairs, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Coordinate with service providers and departments for repairs, preventive maintenance, and services (e.g., reception, security, cleaning, pest control, landscape maintenance etc.).
  • Handle service contract renewals, including quotations, price negotiation, cost analysis, and contract reviews.
  • Monitor and review service execution to ensure quality, attendance, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Manage parking applications (e.g., renewals, cancellations) and prepare related reports.
  • Prepare operational reports and manage administrative tasks (e.g., memos, POs, contracts)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • College Degree, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office building service and tenant management.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Confident, careful, teamwork, neat, customer service skills.
  • Good at English.
