Your new company

A renewable energy firm is looking for a CFO to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the board, you will be in charge of the end to end financial responsibilities of the company, which includes:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and expansion.
2. Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
3. Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, including developing and presenting investor pitches, managing due diligence, and maintaining relationships with investors.
4. Financial Modelling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and analyse financial performance.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
6. Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
7. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
8. Renewable Energy Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require a Bachelor's Degree and at least 15-20 years of experience in the accounting and finance fields. Investor relations and fundraising experience will be critical for the role. Ideally, you should have experience in the renewable energy space.
