
Human Resource Manager, Recruiting Lead

Job Description
Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the recruitment team. Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment. Lead the respective team and ensure compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes. Execute all or some of the sourcing, scouting and candidate management processes including Supplier Relationship Management, Alumni programs, Recruitment Marketing and Analytics. Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives whenever necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities:
- Interact with hiring managers to understand specific hiring requirements
- Develop hiring and sourcing approaches in consultation with client and Accenture subject matter experts (this may include determining and managing the appropriate sourcing channels/media for the most effective solution to meet requirements)
- Execute and monitor sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities
- Act as a Recruitment subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solution
- Identify screening criteria and screen pre-qualified candidates, presenting a shortlist to hiring manager for review
- Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
- Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates
- Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation
- Communicate results and organize start dates with client and candidate
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers
- Ensure the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to fill
- Use Accenture recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
- Interact on a timely basis with the internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirement
May develop, execute and measure sourcing approaches in consultation with subject matter experts including:
- Develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques
- Execute legally compliant job postings to internet and print sites, performing refreshes or removing as required
- Understand the key outcomes of sourcing activities (e.g., hires produced, effort and cost expended) and make adjustments to maximize return on investment
- Keep up to date with channel management activities and potential use of new sourcing channels (social networking sites, web technologies, etc.)
- May support continuous improvement projects or internal projects/initiatives
- Manage pipeline of potential resources to ensure positions are filled with individuals who meet financial requirements
- Contribute to a positive work environment that influences high employee engagement
- Take active role in training new employees/contractors and/or serve as functional resource to team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years and above of recruiting experience
- Minimum of 3 years and above of team lead/people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience in management consulting, financial services or other professional services environments is advantageous

- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
