Job Description

  • Assist in high-impact projects end to end, to build our financial services business not limited to areas in retail finance, product development, go-to-market, partnerships, business development, compliance, regulatory, cash flow and capital management, etc.
  • Assist Senior Management to design initiatives using analytical and conceptual problem solving
  • Identify functional, regulatory, technical gaps and initiate projects to achieve desired results
  • Collaborate with function stakeholders to assist in projects, including engineering, credit risk, operations, data science & modeling and business development teams within regional and local teams
  • Identify potential risks and support in developing a strategy to manage these risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics or other related fields
  • Prior experience in consulting, analytics, banking and finance is preferred but not required
  • Builder mindset, strong problem-solving skills in quantitative analysis/modelling
  • Adopt a structured approach to solving problems
  • Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with those internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and another Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region
